National Poetry Day and the theme is Choice,
A shared privilege in which we rejoice.
Choice is the action of choosing between
Multiple options, the outcome unseen.
Our choices are formed on what we perceive,
Will deliver the result we hope to achieve.
I chose to embark on this solo endeavour,
A dream I had harboured for almost forever.
My choice was a risk fuelled by ambition,
To launch a business which breaks from tradition.
I choose to focus on customer care,
Recruitment practices ethical and fair.
KPIs based on customer service,
Aspire, Innovate, Evolve is my purpose.
Though launched amidst an uncertain time,
The risk, the ambition and the choice were all mine.
We each have the option to choose our direction,
Choices which follow our own self-reflection,
So choose the path which you most desire,
